There are a number of activities that will be taking place throughout the week. Most of these activies can help you earn points and win prizes (more on those later.) If you're into Guitar Hero, we have a tournament. Same for Super Smash Bros. and Mario Kart. And if you aren't into videogames we have a comic strip contest, photo mashup contest, and a "magnetic poetry" contest.

Monday 02 March 2009 at 11:52 amThere's this internet meme that's been going around for awhile, I had it as part of Teen Tech Week last year, but now it's made it's way on to Facebook. So it is way more popular right now. Give it a try. Just follow the instructions, send us any good ones.
Instructions
1 - Go to "wikipedia." Hit "random"
or click en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The first random wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to "Random quotations"
or click www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album. (make sure you hit the new random quotations button at the bottom)
3 - Go to flickr and click on "explore the last seven days"
or click www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days
Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Use photoshop or similar to put it all together (http://www.picnik.com/) works well, online.
